Chocolatey porridge takes comfort food to a whole new level. Delicious eaten on its own, drizzled with condensed milk, mixed with milk, or cold from the fridge. Also traditionally eaten by Filipinos with fried salted fish.

  2. Penne pasta 150 grams
  3. Salt 1/4 tea spoon
  4. Cheese 75 grams
  5. Garlic 2 cloves

Place Ingredients A inside mixing bowl.

Put in butterfly whisk and add Ingredients B.

Remove butterfly whisk. Allow champorado to sit inside mixing bowl for about 5-10 minutes to achieve a thick, creamy consistency before transferring to a Thermoserver or any serving bowl of your choice. Swirl some condensed milk on top before serving. Enjoy!
